Unable to cope with the crime and corruption that followed his rise to power, the dictator General Cloriega decided to get rid of the scum of the society by exiling them to a small island in the Pacific Ocean. Rapists of the worst kind, multiple sex offenders and sadistic murderers were dumped and left to rot in this godforsaken island. Years later, after the fall of the General, no one wanted to bring the convicts back to the main land. The situation was hectic enough without a boatload of crazed murderers... The jail island disappeared horn the sailing maps. In fact, the Island of the Damned disappeared from the face of the Earth. It was only bad luck that pushed the Virgin Forever towards the dreaded coasts during a wild storm.
